Booking and Scheduling Policy
Rescheduling: To reschedule a tutoring session, we request a minimum of 6 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our accounting tutor.
Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Eligible cancellations will receive a refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.
